Vicki came to Veracity in June 2006 after accepting a voluntary early retirement offer from BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York. Vicki served as the Customer Service Supervisor for both the Olean and Jamestown Regional Offices of BlueCross BlueShield for 5 years, and was promoted to the Marketing Department as an Account Executive for the past 7 years. In that role, she has been responsible for the healthcare of over 130 large-group employers, meeting the needs of over 35,000 employees. |
