Human Resource Manager

Pam has over 20 years’ experience working in employee benefits and members services. At Veracity she serves as the member service advocate for an 8,500-member, self-funded consortium for medical, prescription, dental and vision plans. Prior to joining our team in March 2000, Pam gained invaluable experience during her tenure as Human Resources Manager for Quality Markets and North AmeriCare, where her responsibilities included, explaining contracts, and resolving benefit issues for clients and members.
