Jen joined Veracity Benefits in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant. With more than 18 years of customer service experience in various service industries, Jennifer has developed excellent communication, organization, and technical expertise. She was soon promoted to Benefits Administrator and recently, New Group Sales Coordinator. In this role, she works closely with the Employee Benefits Consultants implementing new clients into Veracity Benefits. She ensures a seamless transition with employers, employees and carriers.
