Roy joined the Veracity team in 2010 after spending 20 years in executive management positions at Western New York manufacturing firms. As President of American Locker Group, he led a team that implemented improved employee benefits while delivering record profits. His experience provides valuable insight to the impact of benefit systems on individual performance and on overall company performance. He recently earned the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation in May 2011. Roy’s focus is supporting large employer groups.
