GBDS, Account Manager Dianne has over two decades of experience in sales and management and joined Veracity in 2007. Dianne has been a small business owner for many years. Responsible for the administration and management of employee benefits; she understands the many demands and pressures of running a business. Building customer relationships and providing quick responsive service has been the key to the success for her businesses as well as her success with Veracity. She carries on her philosophy of excellence in her service and customer relations. Her current responsibilities at Veracity include supporting the Employee Benefits Consultants and managing clients’ needs. She earned the Group Benefit Disability Specialist (GBDS) professional designation in May 2012.
