Pam has over two decades worth of experience working with employee benefits and member services. At Veracity, her primary function is to manage the internal functionality of the company. She also serves as the member service advocate for an 8500-member, self-funded consortium for a medical, prescription, dental and vision plan. Prior to joining Veracity in 2000, Pam gained invaluable experience as the Human Resources Manager for Quality Markets and Service Representative for North AmeriCare.
