Laura is a 26-year veteran of the healthcare, insurance and employee benefits industries. She has seen the issues surrounding employee benefits from every perspective through her work as Group Service Representative for Mass Mutual, Director of Personnel for Warren General Hospital, and HMO Sales Director for North AmeriCare. Laura has earned CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and REBC (Registered Employee Benefit Consultant) professional designations. She is also a registered representative with Hazard & Siegel.

Bridgette has worked in the group benefits and healthcare industry for the past 16 years. Throughout her career, she has worked with the largest health insurance carriers, including Blue Cross & Blue Shield of WNY Commercial Marketing Specialist, Independent Health in commercial and Medicare program marketing, North AmeriCare as Regional Sales Manager, and Univera Healthcare as Director of Commercial Sales.

Lisa Lyman
CEBS, CMS, Director of Sales and Customer Relations

Lisa began her career managing the Flex Department at P&A Administrative Services then spent over five years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York. Lisa served as a Senior Account Manager working exclusively with large groups and alternative funding arrangements. Lisa obtained the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designations in May 2008. Most recently Lisa received the Management Award at the 2009 YWCA Leadership Luncheon. Lisa joined the Veracity team in 2007.
